Your choice of pen

Why cause a problem with such an important document such as writing your Will when you don’t need to

A judge decided to ask witnesses whether they were both present at the time of signing a Will and he found they were not – and ignored the Will completely as it became legally invalid.

What had made him question the Will was the fact that the signings were completed using different pens. Of course it may be that quite often a witness will use a different pen to a testator, for example, in a perfectly legal manner – but why chance problems?

Consultants from LSUK Limited will always be present to confirm Wills are signed and witnessed properly. They will also ensure that only one pen is used throughout the process.
