Updated training

Our consultant team will be off the road this week as they acquire their formal regular training sessions.

This involves updating on the knowledge they already have, checking over new and forthcoming legislation and sharing real life client situations (no client names or identification of course) to enable a greater outlook for our consultants. We are always looking to improve.

Accomplishment in business means providing quality work and great customer service at a good price. It means keeping up with technology and staying in front of the competition. To do that, we need experienced people who are full of ideas, know the job and appreciate business priorities. That means they need quality training

Each one needs to improve their skills - whether it’s a (relatively) young person just starting out or an old hand with many years’ experience. You may already know we try to attract only ‘seasoned’ and mature consultants who know about life and can relate with our clients.

Outside studies show training plays a key role in improved profession fulfillment. Two-thirds of employees said they worked harder as a result of learning new skills.

Our trainers are all knowledgeable experienced practitioners in their fields, drawing on real life situations, and highlighting emerging best practices. What they share in our training sessions proves so helpful for future client meetings, because we look firstly to help and advise our clients and in doing so, enable us to run a quality company with matching rewards.

Our team will particularly be reviewing various trusts and looking at our instruction taking to see where we can improve.

All this is completed in an atmosphere of great understanding and fun. Of course, our professional consultants also love the written tests to prove understanding of the training shared!
