LSUK feels it is important that Estate Planning Consultants should keep up to date with changing legislation and case law reports relevant to the profession of writing Wills and Estate Planning. Estate Planning Consultants must be prepared and informed so that they can meet obligations necessary to provide the best possible service to clients.

To this end LSUK manage in house training and regular in the field training. This often involves external sources; other professionals in our field of expertise and officers, for example, from the Guardianship office and HM Inland Revenue. We work closely with The Society of Will Writers who also provide ongoing training.

All of our consultants are regularly tested and checked by our head office and field operational managers.

If any of our consultants fail to achieve the level and quality of training required each year, then we “strike them off” from giving client advice until they return to maintain the levels and quality required, much the same as you’d expect from your doctor or Independent Financial Adviser.

LSUK will always maintain that its consultants are always the best trained and the best for giving advice to clients.
